How can I place an order?
Once you've added your desired items to the cart:

  1. Click the Cart button and proceed to Checkout.

  2. Enter your shipping and billing details.

  3. Click Continue to Payment Method and select your preferred payment option.

  4. Click Confirm Order and check your email for the order summary.

How do I select my size?
Refer to the Size Guide under each product — it's 99% accurate. Still unsure? Email us at hashtagfashioninternational@gmail.com for help.

What if there’s an issue with my order or product?
If there’s any discrepancy:

  • We’ll try to arrange the same article (subject to availability).

  • If unavailable, a voucher equal to the paid amount (valid for 2 days) will be issued.

What if I didn’t receive my order?
Our team confirms orders via call or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Ensure your phone number is active.

Can I add items or change my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is processed, no changes can be made.

Can I pick up my order from a store?
We currently do not offer store pickups.

Can I order via phone or messenger?
No, orders must be placed through our official website: www.shopathashtag.com

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is not possible once your order is placed and confirmed.

Why was my order cancelled?
It may be cancelled if we were unable to contact you.

🚚 DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days

  • Other Cities: 3–5 working days

  • International: 5–7 working days (after payment approval)
    Orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched the next working day.

Are shipping charges included in the order total?
Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout and included in the final amount.

How can I track my order?

Which courier services do you use?

  • Local: PostEx, Trax, LCS, TCS

  • International: DHL

What happens if I miss delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery twice.
Make sure your contact details and address are correct. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Only before dispatch.

🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE

Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are offered in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong items

  • Size issues

Note: No return/exchange for reasons other than those listed above.

📦 For Exchanges in Karachi:

  1. Email: hashtagfashioninternational@gmail.com
    Include your Order Number and Reason for exchange

  2. Receive a coupon code for the exchange.

  3. Place a new order using the coupon code.

  4. Hand over the return item (with tags and packaging) to the rider upon delivery of your new item.

Note: No size exchange on sale items.


📦 For Exchanges in Other Cities:

  1. Email us your Order Number and Reason for exchange.

  2. You’ll receive our return address.

  3. Send the item back with original packaging, tags, and order details.

  4. Email us the courier slip after dispatching.

  5. Once we receive the item, a coupon code will be sent to place a new order.


🌍 For International Exchanges (Size only):

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return & re-shipping costs.


Are there any charges on exchange?

  • If the mistake is from our side: No charges

  • If due to size selection or change of mind:

    • Customer bears return shipping

    • Delivery charges apply for the new item

How long does the exchange process take?
Typically 15–20 days.

Important: If we cannot contact you within 3 days of your exchange request, it will be automatically closed.

What if the new item costs more or less?

  • Exchange value must be equal or higher than the original amount.

  • Pay the difference in cash upon delivery if the new item is more expensive.
