If you receive a defective item, please:

✅ You can choose between a full refund or an exchange

🔄 Exchange Options

  • Online Purchases: Eligible for exchange with proof of purchase

  • Proof of Purchase includes:

    • Order confirmation email, or

    • Original purchase receipt

📏 Size Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Sale / discounted items are not eligible for exchange

  • Only one-time exchange per item is allowed

  • Exchanges are valid only for items of the same value

    • No cash refunds or vouchers

  • For discounted purchases, exchanges will be processed at the discounted price

✅ The product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Tags intact, and all extras (e.g., belts) included

  • Odor-free

🚫 Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you

  1. Email us your order number and reason for exchange

  2. We'll reply with a coupon code for your new exchange order

🏙️ For Customers in Other Cities (Pakistan)

  1. Email us your order number and reason for exchange

  2. We'll provide our return address

  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging

  4. Clearly mention on the parcel:

    • ORDER NUMBER

    • NAME

    • CONTACT NUMBER

🌍 For International Orders

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the product

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange
